1. 배송된 물건 확인이 되지 않아 트래킹 번호를 요청할 때

My recent order ‪#‎오더넘버‬.

The order status is shipped, let me know tracking number. please check this, reply me.

 

2. 주소 변경 요청시

Please change my shipping address of order number XXXXX (오더넘버)

Dear shopping mall

My order XXXXX(order number)

I want to change my shipping address. I checked that my order has not been shipped yet.

Please change my shipping address.

If you will ship previous address, someone can take the parcel without any notice. But it is not my fault.

5. 주문시 메일 주소를 잘못 적어 오더메일 등의 정보를 받지 못했을 때

I mistype my email address, My email address "옳은 주소@~", I updated account infomation. Please re-send me order complete email and tracking infomarion via "옳은 주소@~ ".

 

6. 백오더된 아이템을 변경하거나 취소요청 할때

* backorder란? : 물품재고 사정으로 주문이 이월된 경우를 의미합니다. 이 경우 해당 물품이 입고되는대로 배송이 진행됩니다.

backoder된 물품과 다른 물품 함께 주문하셨다면 다른 물품 먼저 보내주고 백오더된 상품은 보충 될 때 다시 보내주는 방식이죠.

(백오더 일 때는 배송비 미지불 입니다.)

7. 구매 후 Oder Confirmation이 오지 않았을 때

한국 포털사이트의 이메일 계정은 해외쇼핑몰에서 보내는 메일을 스팸메일함으로 보내거나 처음부터 차단해서 안들어오는 경우가 많습니다.

해외 쇼핑몰 이용시에는 msn의 hotmail, google의 gmail, 혹은 yahoo 메일 계정을 이용하시는 걸 추천 합니다.

물건 구매 후, 아무런 통지를 받지 못하셨다면 이렇게 메일을 보내보세요.

 

Hi! I purchased XXX item from your website, but I have not received the confirmation email regarding my purchase.

I am wondering if my order did not go through. Would you let me know the status of my order?
